Bramley Parish Council has received the following notice from the developer regarding plans for Dixon Road at Sherfield-on-Loddon.
As you know Basingstoke Holdings Ltd has made a planning application for housing on land at Dixon Road (Ref. 22/00122)
An appeal has been made to the Planning Inspectorate
(Ref. APP/H1705/W/23/3326846) against the failure of the Council to determine the application within the requisite time.
Following consideration of comments made on the original layout for 101 dwellings, the applicant’s team has been working on a new layout of around 80 dwellings.
It is the intention to present this new layout to residents at a public drop-in event to be held at the
