Following the approval of the reserved matters planning application for Stocks Farm in December 2024, Bramley Parish Council has written to the developer Redrow asking them to consider adjusting their plans and move all the houses some 35m to the west. This is following overwhelming representations from residents, who stated that moving the development a small distance would help maintain the rural feel of Bramley, and provide the feeling of more open space to both existing and new dwellings.
