Request for a Screening Opinion for residential development of up to 100 no. dwellings, open space, landscaping and servicing

     iii.            T/00571/25/TCA – York Cottage Silchester Road Bramley

T1 – Yew – Crown reduce by Approx.30% – This will be achieved by removing Approx.  1.5-2m of branch length. Leaving the tree at a final height of Approx. 6m and a lateral spread of Approx. 4m.

G1 – Horse Chestnut and Oak on Northern boundary – Crown raise up to 5m – removing secondary growth only.

G2 – Cherry trees ( Dead, Dying and Dangerous ) Remove to ground level – This is due to the trees very poor health. Approx 6 trees in Total.

G3 – Group of Oak on Eastern side of property – Crown raise up to 5m – removing secondary growth only.
