·         The proposed dwellings will add extra traffic access onto a single track lane, which is also a national cycle route.

·         The proposed dwellings are creeping development into the strategic gap.  This is contrary to Local Plan policy EM2.

·         The proposed dwellings are overdevelopment of the site, which is in the countryside.  This is contrary to Local Plan policy SS6.

·         There is a perceived lack of mains drainage for this location.  New drainage into the mains systems is problematic as the system is already overloaded.

  Cllr Munday to take NDP update forward in the light of the Local Plan Update consultation.  
8. Date of Next Meeting  
  The next Planning Committee meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 9th April 2024, to be held at the Bramley Room at Bramley Village Hall.
