Many residents will have received a leaflet in the last couple of days about plans from Gleesons to build a ‘converted farmstead’ community of 20 new homes on land next to Centenary fields. The full leaflet can be viewed here.
There is no planning application at present – Gleesons are merely carrying out a very early community consultation process. Residents should respond to this leaflet if they wish, but the important time to register your comments will be when a planning application is submitted and consulted upon. Bramley PC will keep residents updated via the PC website and social media.
Gleesons have not asked to engage with the PC at this time. However, if residents wish Bramley PC to request a public meeting with Gleesons about their proposals, then please contact the Parish Clerk at clerk@bramley-pc.gov.uk or via the contact form on this website.
