Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council has issued notice of a consultation on an Off Stree Parking Amendment Order, part of which applies to parking spaces at the Jibbs Meadow car park. Details can be viewed on the Basingstoke & Deane website. The effect of the Order will be to add the Jibbs Meadow car park (and others in Basingstoke) to the off-street parking Order, which will enable disabled parking and electric vehicle parking bays to be enforced by the Council.
